At Moon Behind the Hill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
